Terms and Conditions
There is a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all Property Made Simple products and services. If you can honestly tell us that you have taken the recommended action steps and you have not changed your financial circumstances for the better, or have not received the service you signed up for, we will refund your money 100%.
Regarding The Property Academy, the 100% guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
If you attend a minimum of 6 coaching calls in the year, finish and return any fieldwork to Peter and you can honestly say that we haven't shown you how to invest in property, then we will refund your money 100%.
However, we know that your success depends on you taking action and sometimes, due to adverse circumstances, you may not be in a position to do so. If you find this to be the case, you may cancel your membership of The Property Acadmey at any time by giving one months notice by email or in writing. Your membership will terminate one calender month after you notify us.
If you simply give up and do not turn up to calls or workshops, your membership remains in effect (and the full membership fee payable) until you notify us in writing that you do not wish to continue. There will be no refunds for previous unused months of The Property Academy.
You understand that any fees quoted are for the entire programme and that any monthly payment arrangements do not change the fact that, by signing up for the programme, you are agreeing to pay the programme fee in its entirety. If you miss any monthly payment the arrangement is immediately cancelled and the fee immediately becomes payable in full.
The participant understands that Property Made Simples reserves the right not to offer scheduled telephone coaching support calls in August and December. We are available by email and MSN Messenger 12 months of the year. We are also available in emergencies by mobile phone.
We reserve the right to change any of the elements of the membership of The Property Academy or the 7 Steps to your Property Fortune as long as we undertake to replace that element with something of equal or even better value.
By undertaking any Coaching Services provided by Property Made Simple, the participant hereby agrees and understands that Property Made Simple accepts no responsibility for the financial affairs of the participant and makes no undertaking to provide specific financial advice about any financial products or services.
Any financial decisions should be made only after taking specific and independent financial advice, preferably from a fully qualified member of the Accountancy profession.
Property Made Simple is not acting on the participants behalf and is not responsible for the financial wellbeing or success of the participant.
Property Made Simple reserves the right to amend the wording of these terms and conditions at any time, so long as the spirit of the guarantees remain unchanged.
In the event of a dispute regarding the above, then all costs and expenses including reasonable legal fees incurred by the prevailing party therein shall be paid by the other party. The obligation on the part of the other party shall be deemed to have accrued on the date of the commencement of such action and shall be enforceable whether or not the action is prosecuted to judgement.
The laws of the United Kingdom shall govern the validity, performance and enforcement of this agreement. Should either party institute legal suit or action for enforcement of any obligation contained herein it is agreed that the venue of such suit or action shall be in the United Kingdom and subscriber expressly consents to Property Made Simple designating the venue of any such suit or action.
The provisions herein shall inure to the benefit of the parties herein and any heirs, successors or assigns and shall survive the termination or cancellation of this agreement.
